Benny Halevy 3fab0f8694 storage_proxy: convert to shared_token_metadata 
get() the latest token_metadata_ptr from the
shared_token_metadata before each use.

expose get_token_metadata_ptr() rather than get_token_metadata()
so that caller can keep it across continuations.
