This PR adds the "ScyllaDB Enterprise" label to highlight the Enterprise-only features on the following pages: - Encryption at Rest - the label indicates that the entire page is about an Enterprise-only feature. - Compaction - the labels indicate the sections that are Enterprise-only. There are more occurrences across the docs that require a similar update. I'll update them in another PR if this PR is approved.
