This is backport of fix for https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/26040 and related test (https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/pull/26589) to 2025.2. Before this change, unauthorized connections stayed in main scheduling group. It is not ideal, in such case, rather sl:default should be used, to have a consistent behavior with a scenario where users is authenticated but there is no service level assigned to the user. This commit adds a call to update_scheduling_group at the end of connection creation for an unauthenticated user, to make sure the service level is switched to sl:default. If you can use an existing folder, consider adding your test to it. New folders should be used for new large categories/subsystems, or when the test environment is significantly different from some existing suite, e.g. you plan to start scylladb with different configuration, and you intend to add many tests and would like them to reuse an existing Scylla cluster (clusters can be reused for tests within the same folder).
To add a new folder, create a new directory, and then
copy & edit its suite.ini.
