Update man
Remove Authors from man. We use now the AUTHORS file as single source.
Bugs go to github.
Compiled now with pandoc.

Added a human readable .rst file to generate man pages with pandoc
Usage:
pandoc --from rst --to man --file stenc.rst -o stenc.1
