Adjust to recent gnulib changes.

* lib/.cvsignore: Add fchownat.c, rmt-command.h, strerror.c, string.h,
string_.h, sys, sys_time_.h, unistd_.h, wchar_.h, wctype_.h.
Remove localedir.h, size_max.h, xsize.h.
* src/xheader.c: Don't include stpcpy.h; no longer needed, now that
gnulib string.h defines stpcpy on all platforms.
