Remove exit.h, getcwd.h, mempcpy.h, memrchr.h, mkdtemp.h, stpcpy.h,
strcase.h, strchrnul.h, strdup.h, strndup.h, strnlen.h, time_r.h,
vsnprintf.h.
* m4/.cvsignore: Remove localedir.h.  Sort.
