* Performance improvements for the event query API (#7319)
Rework the implementation of event query parsing and execution to
improve performance and reduce memory usage.
Previous memory and CPU profiles of the pubsub service showed query
processing as a significant hotspot. While we don't have evidence that
this is visibly hurting users, fixing it is fairly easy and self-contained.
Updates #6439.
Typical benchmark results comparing the original implementation (PEG) with the reworked implementation (Custom):

The `mockery` project recommends against using a binary of `mockery` that has been created using `go install`. https://github.com/vektra/mockery/pull/456. Developers of Tendermint wishing to generate mocks should avoid having a version of `mockery` on their path that does not match the version listed in [mockery_generate.sh](10e1ac8fea/scripts/mockery_generate.sh (L11)). To make this easier for developers, the `mockery_generate.sh` script uses a containerized copy of `mockery` if `mockery` is not present on the developer's `PATH`. This containerized version of `mockery` uses the same version of mockery as our CI pipelines and allows all developers to automatically use the same version without having to manage it themselves.

## Description
partially cleanup in preparation for errcheck
i ignored a bunch of defer errors in tests but with the update to go 1.14 we can use `t.Cleanup(func() { if err := <>; err != nil {..}}` to cover those errors, I will do this in pr number two of enabling errcheck.

when the user searches for a tx (hash=X)
This PR fixes error handling for performing a txindex search.
TxIndex.Get returns
(txresult, nil) if the transaction is found.
(nil, nil) if the transaction is not found.
(nil, error) if error is occurred.
Therefore, if res is not nil, I think TxIndex.Search should return (txresult, nil).
Previously, however, this was not a problem because errors.Wrap returns nil if its first argument err is nil.
## Issue
Why this pr:
When restarting chain node, sometimes we lost tx index about recent(around 80)blocks, and some client complains that they can't find the tx by RPC call(tx_search) when the tx do exist in the block.
I try to partially fix this issue in a simple way by writing the index data in a sync way.
There is no performance difference under 1K TPS according to our test.
It is still possible that lost index data after restarting the node, but only 2 block data will lost at most.
I try to totally fix this in https://github.com/tendermint/tendermint/pull/3847/files, but this one is simple and can solve most part of the issue. Please review first, thks.

This PR introduces a fundamental breaking change to the structure of ABCI response and tx tags and the way they're processed. Namely, the SDK can support more complex and aggregated events for distribution and slashing. In addition, block responses can include duplicate keys in events.
Implement new Event type. An event has a type and a list of KV pairs (ie. list-of-lists). Typical events may look like:
"rewards": [{"amount": "5000uatom", "validator": "...", "recipient": "..."}]
"sender": [{"address": "...", "balance": "100uatom"}]
The events are indexed by {even.type}.{even.attribute[i].key}/.... In this case a client would subscribe or query for rewards.recipient='...'
ABCI response types and related types now include Events []Event instead of Tags []cmn.KVPair.
PubSub logic now publishes/matches against map[string][]string instead of map[string]string to support duplicate keys in response events (from #1385). A match is successful if the value is found in the slice of strings.
