Thane Thomson	75d51e18f7	Import latest root documentation (#9130) ... Import the readme, contributing guidelines, code of conduct, security guide and releases guide. Format all of these documents, replacing references to `master` by references to `main`, and use Markdown link references instead of embedded links wherever it improves legibility.
