Alessio Treglia 8bd3d5105f libs/os: remove unused aliases, add test cases (#5654)
Remove unused ReadFile (unused) and
WriteFile (almost unused, alias of ioutil.WriteFile).

Add testcases for Must{Read,Write}File.
