Daniel Jiang 1f1ccab948 Fix issue in "git status" in goreleaser.sh ...

When dry-run the tag-release.sh, there's an error
"fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at
'/github.com/vmware-tanzu/velero'"

This commit works around this issue to make sure "tag-release.sh"
can finish successful
