* e2e: correct why the kind backup cases are skipped The comment attributes the File System Backup skip to kind, saying hostpath volumes are "the only volumes created on kind clusters". That stopped being true once csi-driver-host-path can be installed, and it points at the wrong cause: isHostPathVolume matches pv.Spec.HostPath, so a CSI-backed class produces pv.Spec.CSI and PodVolumeBackups are created normally. Both halves of the skip come from the same place, the StorageClass behind Kibishii's PVCs, which the kind overlay defines on rancher.io/local-path. Say that instead, and name what unskipping these would actually need, so the next person does not go looking for a velero-side fix that cannot exist. No behaviour change.
