Ben McClelland a7f1336160 fix: allow vgwrdma explicit RC GID selection ...

RoCE hosts can expose RoCEv1 and RoCEv2 GIDs with the same
address prefix, so rc-gid-hint cannot reliably select the
routable v2 entry. Expose the existing DeviceOpts GidIdx as
--rc-gid-index so deployments can select the correct GID
explicitly.
