LuisFigueroaG 5d5ece20b8 fix: keep the version id and delete marker in s3 backend GetObjectAttributes ...

S3Proxy.GetObjectAttributes dropped VersionId and DeleteMarker from the
upstream response, so the gateway never sent x-amz-version-id or
x-amz-delete-marker for objects behind an s3 backend. Copy them into the
response, and add tests for how the upstream response is mapped,
including the parts count.
