Thanks to wesQ3 there is now also a version in the "all" folder with a script that simplifies the build process with the following changes.
1. Architecture specific build directories are not required, target arch is now an argument
2. manifest files are templated as part of the build
3. Tailscale binaries are downloaded as part of the build
