Mounir IDRASSI 2c6e9fc15c Replace deprecated wxTextValidator::SetBellOnError whose logic whose inverted by the new wxTextValidator::SuppressBellOnError. Since its used in constructor only for TC_WINDOWS, we do the same in the destructor.
