Iustin Pop ab16fd6bd7 Update the licence file from current kernel sources 
Since we still have copies of files from the kernel sources, keep the
kernel version instead of moving to 'plain' GPL-v2 (only trivial
differences exist).

Fixes #5.

This is an import of the mt-st upstream release 0.7 as it appeared in
the Debian archives.
