Add test for srch continutation safe pos errors
Add a test for srch compaction getting stuck hitting errors continuing a partial operation. It ensures that a block has an encoded entry at the _SAFE_BYTES offset, that an operaton stops precisely at that offset, and then watches for errors. Signed-off-by: Zach Brown <zab@versity.com>
