scoutfs: ifdef out usage of OCFS2_LOCK_TYPE_DENTRY

Some of this leaks through even after the big #ifdef'ing - ocfs2 had
to special case printing the name of dentry locks. We don't have such
a need so it's easy to drop those calls.
