scst_vdisk: Remove an unused parameter from vdisk_fsync*()

The "struct vdisk_cmd_params *p" parameter is neither used by vdisk_fsync(),
vdisk_fsync_blockio() nor by vdisk_fsync_fileio() so remove it.
