218fd3fbb1 disk_work.result is set by disk_cmd_done() and read by disk_exec(). 
Since there is a complete_all() / wait_for_completion() pair between both
accesses the volatile keyword is not necessary here (merge r3945 from trunk).

ea4de63afc Merge scstadmin from trunk. Hence add support for saving and restoring the ALUA state, unify the qla2x00t/iSCSI-SCST and SCST init scripts, compute the SCST handler kernel module list from /etc/scst.conf and add man pages for scstadmin, /etc/scst.conf and /etc/default/scst.
