edf378a1e2 - Fix setting device attributes which have no special create attributes. 
- Don't warn on device attributes already set of not done with -set_dev_attr.

ed4e1e91c0 - Add in forgotten list_group_attr and set_group_attr options. 
- Add prompting and -noprompt options.
