Calle Wilund c5f6125039 commitlog: Add "add_entries" call to allow inputting N mutations ...

Fixes #7615

Allows N mutations to be written "atomically" (i.e. in the same
call). Either all are added to segement, or none.

Returns rp_handle vector corresponding to the call vector.
