Marcin Maliszkiewicz f02f2fef40 docs: remove note about performance degradation with default superuser 
This doesn't apply for auth-v2 as we improved data placement and
removed cassandra quirk which was setting different CL for some
default superuser involved operations.

Fixes #18773
