Petr Gusev a0aee54f2c add test_commitlog ...

Check that commitlog provides durability in case
of a node reboot:
* truncate table T, truncation_record RP=1000;
* clean shutdown node/reboot machine/restart node, now RP=~0
since segment ids count from boot time;
* write some data to T; crash/restart
* check data is retained
