In a cluster with group 0 with snapshot at index 0 (such group 0 might be established in a 5.2 cluster, then preserved once it upgrades to 5.4 or later), no snapshot transfer will be triggered when a node is bootstrapped. This way to new node might not obtain full schema, or obtain incorrect schema, like in scylladb/scylladb#16683. Simulate this scenario in a test case using the RECOVERY mode and error injections. Check that the newly added logic for creating a new snapshot if such situation is detected helps in this case.

If you can use an existing folder, consider adding your test to it. New folders should be used for new large categories/subsystems, or when the test environment is significantly different from some existing suite, e.g. you plan to start scylladb with different configuration, and you intend to add many tests and would like them to reuse an existing Scylla cluster (clusters can be reused for tests within the same folder).
To add a new folder, create a new directory, and then
copy & edit its suite.ini.
