Igor Ribeiro Barbosa Duarte 8cc2de5fe0 loading_cache_test: Test loading_cache::reset and loading_cache::update_config ...

Validate that the size of the cache is zero after calling the
reset method and that the config is being updated correctly
after calling update_config.
