Ernest Zaslavsky 0d8de9becd sstables_loader: return shared_sstable from attach_sstable 
Change attach_sstable() return type from future<> to
future<sstables::shared_sstable>, returning the SSTable that was
attached. This will be used to extract the SSTable identifier and
first token for updating the download status.
