Anna Stuchlik dd1207cabb doc: remove wrong image upgrade info (5.x.y-to-5.x.y) ...

This commit removes the invalid information about
the recommended way of upgrading ScyllaDB
images (by updating ScyllaDB and OS packages
in one step) from the 5.x.y-to-5.x.y upgrade guide.
This upgrade procedure is not supported (it was
implemented, but then reverted).

In addition, the following files are removed as no longer
necessary (they were only created to incorporate the (invalid)
information about image upgrade into the upgrade guides.
