Fix dead loop on extracting existing symlinks with the -k option.
* src/extract.c (create_placeholder_file)
(extract_link, extract_symlink)
(extract_node, extract_fifo): Handle all possible
return values from maybe_recoverable. This complements
8f390db92f. Reported by Ico Doornekamp <bug-tar@zevv.nl>.
