BREAKING CHANGES:
- removed `Client` empty interface
- `ClientJSONRPC#Call` `params` argument became a map
IMPROVEMENTS:
- added `HTTPClient` interface, which can be used for both `ClientURI`
and `ClientJSONRPC`
- all params are now optional (Golang's default will be used if some param is missing)
