Fix build: t.Context() needs Go 1.24, this branch pins Go 1.23
Run the E2E test on kind / build (push) Failing after 5m1s
Run the E2E test on kind / setup-test-matrix (push) Successful in 3s
Run the E2E test on kind / run-e2e-test (push) Skipped

release-1.16's go.mod pins go 1.23.0/1.23.11. t.Context() was added in
Go 1.24, so the backported test failed to even compile (breaking both
Run CI and Run Linter Check identically, since golangci-lint's
typecheck pass hits the same compile error). Use context.TODO(),
matching every other Reconcile() call in this test file.
