test: stop skipping the GetObjectAttributes invalid param test

The test was skipped for the gateway with a link to #925, which is fixed
here. The gateway already returns InvalidArgument for an unknown
attribute, so the test passes, and the skip would point to a closed
issue once #925 is closed.
